Work Load Choke Hold.

Today I'm writing about individuals that are in chokeholds of work, work that they constantly do, without getting much rest, and is always on the go and inside of them is never at it's best.

As they always complain but yet they want to gain and a chokehold they are constantly in, and with all the hard work and no rest all the stress and tension it only brings.

Sometimes some individuals ask you to trade places but You know what? Asking for a day or extra day etc off should solve your restless problem if you are one that is work loaded always on the go, and never have time to even say no!

And then they are some individuals who would tell you that they don't know what it is like to have freedom.

Hmm! Everyone does have the freedom and it's just a matter of using it to benefit you, but some get caught up in work and rest is something that they seldom do.

Some individuals will tell you that their state celebrated a number of years of independence.

And you know I have the freedom you and everyone else.

Some would also imply some states having colonial monetary systems legal systems representation and way of life so does it only have a word's significance? They may ask.

And as I keep saying it's up to you the individual to take or don't take the pending task.

As an individual you just need to utilize your authority you are always in charge of you, that is what will power is for to decide what you want or do not want to do.

As I said the decision is always each and every individual to decide.

And for some they are things that are decided for you, one may also imply.

That is why individuals need to know their rights to know what is good or not good for them, instead of bending on knees and kissing or touching someone's hem.

They need to take the right stand and voiced their opinion and do what they know is right for them the individual.

As it's always up to you the individual to know what it is you will and will not stand for and it's just a matter of basing your decision on what is best for you to act on your behalf.

As an individual, you should always try to participate in an area of employment that is on the right standing for you in all ways possible, and be able to do what is right for you Yes! And always be knowledgeable.

Some individuals would tell you that they only know consistency working 10-15 years etc straight, but does it really benefit you when all the years working and you still have a build-up of stress and hate?

Well, I can tell you that you need to know reluctantly, and don't say that it comes in another form Does it? 

Just try saying No ! Sometimes just to get some rest and to keep your mind stress free and calm.

You owe yourselves that to always get the rest that is needed, instead of being overloaded with work that can be utilized to someone that is in your business of work Yes! Someone near to you seated.

Sometimes it's good to say No! When it can also benefit you as vice versa.

Just think about you and really think about this article Yes! This one I just wrote to show you :) 

And some individuals complain Yes! But yet they think that a substantial monetary standing at the end they will gain.Hmm!

Any kind of work load of choke hold is not team work it's just insane work, that leaves their bank accounts and pockets full and their hearts broken.

And it just drives an individual insane as it confuses their mind as well as their living,Is it really necessary some of the work loads that some individuals are doing or are given?

Everyone wants to be a Leader.

Everyone in this world wants to be a leader but what qualifies one for leadership and to be a leader?Is it good looks ?Good will?Huge finances?Intelligence? What?

''As intelligence is a mere means of building one's intellect and focus it's wisdom , knowledge and understand that is the factor that attributes to one achieving one's place in society to be a leader and a guide''- Marcelle Hinkson.

So does every one with the title of leader  and flowing in leadership distributes these skills? 

And then the questions is ,A Leader of what? Of Good or a Leader of Bad?So it really varies and depends on if one is a leader of good or bad and if one carries the devices of leadership and in what capacity are the leadership flowing in.

As so often I have to tell people that ''I would rather be a leader of good than a follower of bad''.

Leadership is a big commitment and it has to have a strong standing of foundation, and a heavy and determined commitment that puts one onto his or her standing, an unmovable mentality that attributes to one doing one's duties of leadership without being hindered by words of indecent exposure by others.

So to all leaders I say lead but lead in the right and truthful way of your directional course. 

Winners!

Everyone is a winner it's if they WILL utilized their positions to make the impact.

Some disruptions in life sometimes seems to be the benefactor of some individuals in societies called mankind not being able to utilized they position to make the impact for "Winnership".

Doubts and other obstacles also comes into play as some individuals just don't have the Faith in themselves as to pushed themselves passed the limit for achievements, with a no basic movement of a no tolerance attitude towards themselves. 

Having the generated fact,meaning and essence of contributions, awareness,precision,procedures and the momentum of self awareness with an acceleration to succeeded . 

A no care of movement attitude of ways is not going to make it as it's an deliberate way and act for failure.

Mankind's essence for "Winnership" lays within, it's for them to mobilized it's awareness in passages of directionary tour,as to meet the necessary accolades for passages of achieving ways,thus making themselves "Winners" the receivers of guarantee.

Competing Competitors.

In the business arena there is a multitude of businesses going up each and everyday and yes each of these businesses is competing for a piece of the niche market for basically"Dominance and Prestige" as every business is looking for the money making aspects of the market.

Competition is good for these businesses as it makes one a better player.

And saying this each business will always looked at the other as competition and they will have to raised their standards of strategies in terms of marketing,products,distribution,pricing and services.

It's not a paired game,as each business is always looking out for their own interests thus making the market a more competitive arena.

A company needs someone or individuals with intellectual levels who would up the bar as to understand the motivates of productivity and leverage to be a force against other competitors.

Some businesses tend to put up more lucent lights of leverage of techniques in terms of better standings to be easily recognized.

And what these businesses are doing is just making themselves more equip and ready after running the race to received the prize.

The companies' mission should be to accomplish the game and move above all competitors.

When Utilizing the Utilities What Aspects of True Growth Potentials are you putting out there?

Mankind has a source of channels to use to get positive aspects of information out there in the most beneficial and empowering ways possible.

The internet and it's utilities is out there and is being used every second but in what aspects of ways ?

Some individuals looked to the internet and it's utilities for all different types of reasons.

Some looked to the internet as a means for growth potential, globally, financially and physically as a means to direct clientele to their products of merchandise or areas of expertise as a way of marketing.

Some try to gained a reputation an audience a job of classification of a leading name in business avenues.

Then they are others who on the other hand is using the internet in ways of  trying to corrupt the innocent in the most manipulating ways possible just trying to keep the unconscious in a bigger state of unconsciousness.

And yes then there are the ones out there to enlightened ,empower ,motivate,uplift and awaken the unconscious ones.

Keys to Wisdom,Knowledge and Understanding

In a world of today where millions of people live in societies of different nation one can not survive unless they have knowledge,wisdom and understanding in a world of business and strategies.

The ability to understand preparations and procedures not only in life but also in the business arenas.

Being able to dictate and communicate with others of all knowledgeable aspects is overwhelming.

The wisdom,knowledge and understanding keys to your future that will help opened doors for easy entry.

Individuals living in this world without knowledge,wisdom and understanding are individuals just walking in limbo.

The keys to knowledge,wisdom and understanding is only given to individuals who is in tune with themselves self, strong, motivational individuals who is determined to succeed in life.

A strong soldier of their fate with directional measures.

Running out of Business?

"Running out of the business, the clerical meaning of running out of the structure, independence, ideas, customers, finances all resources.
The main fact that three of these meanings correspond with an elite way of business termination one can but asked, "Do I have the ability and the resources to keep me in this trending market of expertise?

Some individuals start a business but sometimes down the line they tend to run out of resources, ideas, and finances which leads to a running out of business.

Moving into the area of merging into another company that they think will sustain them in a lucrative market of competitors.

Then there are others who on the other hand decide to throw in the towel and call it quits thus leaving a door opened for a more lucrative and competitive business to see the era of modernized aspects of solutions.

Running out of your independence as in the structure that had one standing firm in a financial state is not wise to debate when dealing with a business, as when one runs out of a business the financial flow of one's existence will come to an end.

So in the meantime businesses still continues to be business but with a void and that is without you in it.

 Starting a business from the ground up takes a strong structure of employees, customers, finances, leadership, patience, motivation and an eye for detail.

So the question is "Do you as an employer have what it takes to make a business into and onto its directional passages without feeling defiant and giving up for an immature caused?

TITLELIZED

You know what every individual in societies called mankind needs to know?

They need to know that "Titles" doesn't make anyone as "Titles" are just earthly accolades made by man for man to accelerate to higher passages of work on this earthly realm.

And soon titles will just dwindle away, because just like everything manmade its not here to stay.

It's already happening as titles doesn't attract anyone like they use to, its now what good you can do. 

Yes!  If one is being titled it's a matter of being "Titled" to do a service, of a wise passionate choice and if it's going to be something good and never bad.

Let your title be based on and represent the good works that you do in all passages of ways, like helping the needy individuals that pass by you each and everyday. 

Yes! Some individuals used their "Titles" to dictate to others in meaningful ways.

And some on the other hand used theirs to degrade, insult and try to manipulate others in every possible way. 

But it all stands for the "Caused" the desires and descriptions based on a heart felt contribution, to drive ,adhere ,depict and dictate with a meaningful cause. 

Nearly everything in today's world seemed to be evolved to be clarify with a "Title" or there will be a stand still.

Yes! Individuals go out to further themselves in life to get to an evenly caused, and I'm not saying that it's a bad thing to want to equip one's self.

But the way some individuals used their "Titles" to dictate and manipulate others is not a cause, it's corruption and it calls for concern, as it's a caused of an alliance for humiliation.

"Titles" should not be aligned with "Puffed up Pride"Manipulation or Destructive ways to bring mankind to humiliation or begging knees.

And individuals need to know that it's not about "Titles" how much you have or your worth that makes you.

It's about the kind,care and love from a genuine heart, and not pieces of paper of documentations that has fine inscription calligraphy of pretty art.

I see individuals that walks around that has "Titles" like banners they are wrapped around their necks.

All puffed up with pride like peacocks parading for show, and they never seemed to be able or want to help anyone, as they always seemed all dressed up for just a show.

Their behaviors are so arrogant and appalling as they treat some individuals like they are not human beings like themselves, as they look at them and seemed to think of these individuals as old ornaments on a dusty shelf.

And mankind needs to know that it's not about the "Titles, How much you've got or your worth".

But it's about a genuine heart that has true meaning that always fight for a good caused and guess what? A loving heart that never goes out of season:)
