A Loud Mouth Boss

The work arena of business can really have an effect on individuals and depends on the business and what is going on in it one way or the other.

But what does one do when the change is not on the staff but with the boss?

"A loud Mouth Boss" who doesn't know when, where or how to conduct his affairs or the affairs of the business in a decent and professional manner.

You know my experiences I know made me a better writer as it's the experiences I write about that others can relate to because they are things that happened each and every day.

Well, I will get on with it and don't keep you the reader waiting too long for the experience.

Yes, I had an encounter with a very loud mouth boss, and going into the company for the first time one would think that he would have been discreet, well it wasn't like that not at all.

On day one I was confronted with a very loud embarrassing moment between the boss and a supervisor that made her stand up and cried, I was not the one involved in the issue but I could feel the embarrassment in the lady.

One thing I can say about myself is that I am a no-nonsense person and yes I always speak my heart not my mind, as sometimes the mind likes to manipulate words and put them in directions that they are not meant to go.

I just looked and analyzed the situation and the boss's actions and attitude towards his staff,'' How would he confront me if a situation occurred? I asked myself.

I sat at my desk and watched as the supervisor walked off crying, and as I looked at the boss he had a look of satisfaction on his face as if he was proud of his behavior.

One thing I have learned through the years of dealing with businesses, customers, and bosses is that never let them or their behavior take you out of your positive zone no matter what.

Always stand firm and it takes two to make an issue of conversation go from bad to worst and in business, no one needs that.

In my position, I was there to do a job to the best of my ability and that was what I was going to do, and ''A Loud Mouth Boss'' was not going to stop me from achieving my goals.

I felt somehow the boss must have noticed the no-nonsense person in me because he never once approached me in any loud manner as he would the other staff members, actually around me he was more like a tamed cat.

And you know what I did? I used that opportunity to speak to him about his attitude, ways, and the way he was treating staff, and yes I got the cat to purr because after that he was a settled man.

What I am saying here is that Bosses come in all different kinds of forms, shapes, and sizes and with all different kinds of attitudes.

But it's for you the employee to take your stand if you are standing on a foundation of love, truth, and all aspects of positive ways and living no one can move your standing.

Your standing will always be strong and Yes! Maybe you will be able to teach a thing or two to someone that will leave a memorable impact.

An Unappreciative Boss

So often individuals find themselves working for an unappreciative boss, one who is always and only about the money aspect of said business.

An unappreciative boss who doesn't seem to ever appreciate the employee's distribution, honesty, reliability, respectability, and performance.

I for one have come across employers of that caliber and I have also noticed how arrogant and selfish they continue to be.

Even to this day and doing my routine rounds I often come across individuals who work for unappreciative employers.

And I continued to hear conversations of disconnections between employees and employers and the truth is, that the vast amount of unsatisfied employees, is so overwhelming.

In the arena of business, employers must and should contribute themselves in all areas of their businesses not in arrogant, harsh manipulating ways but with decency, professionalism, commitment, and appreciation not only to their businesses but to their employees as also, as they are the ones that distribute awareness customers and business to their businesses.

Last year, for instance, I spoke to many unsatisfied employees of businesses who were concerned about bonus payments or even a thank you or an appreciation note or voice of ''Job Well Done'' from their employers.

They were upset and some were threatening to quit because of the long-standing hours, hard work, respectable, honesty, and professionalism that they put into the said businesses, and at the end of the year, not even a thank you note of any kind.

What I can say is that it should never be about the money, it should be about the integrity of the employers their conscience, their ability to see the kind of staff that they have, the employee's distribution to the business, the responsibilities of running the business and for the employer to show his or her appreciation to his or her staff of employees whether he can afford it or not.

A ''Thank you"' meeting or ''Thank you'' card could be some kind of good gesture to show appreciation to staff as it doesn't always have to be about the money.

As some employees sympathized with some employers to know that sometimes a business might not be doing that good and here a ''Thank you'' note of some kind or other benefits etc, will be well appreciated.

You see the mere fact that some employers aren't considerate enough to show their face to show appreciation in a truthful way only shows more guilt and selfishness.

Employers not saying a word and hiding from employees to avoid conversations etc, is not the right way to do things as all this does is show more guilt and arrogance toward themselves.

What About Cultures?

These are some questions that were put befor me by a young acquaintance who wanted to know about this way that has been documented for years in some parts of the world.

And my answer to each question is documented as truthful as I can dictate in the most heartfelt way based on my experiences in my life.

5) In His Country There Is A Problem In That Individuals Are Forgetting Their Culture And Way To Behave And It Is A Bad Problem, What Do I Think?

As a young child, family used to push their way of culture on to me and I always knew deep inside my being that it wasn't for me as I would get the most uncomfortable feeling ever.

And through the years I always find their way of culture, not a part of who I am,and I always disconnected myself from its lies of ways.

So in this part, I can say that I never do cultures and I never will as I always look at it as the past to learn some things from and move on with the future.

If one must take some directions that are meaningful for well-being as a guide that will be beneficial to help them developed themselves.

They should but not as a long lasting luggage barrier ,as the future is ahead with new meaningful aspects of ways.

Only the meaningful should be applied,the future already has it's doors and elements structured to embrace with meaningful precisions and procedures .

You take what meaningful aspects of ways that are needed as a guide from the past and move on,you should never get stacked on the elements of the past as always you must move on to the future.

I find that some cultures are a bad representation of life to keep some individuals in bondage and that is also one of the reasons that I don't follow every worldly organization that go through these passages of ways.

I just follow what my heart of soul know is right for me to do and that is to always follow my truthful heart and do what I am comfortable doing.

Change is good when it comes to meaningful aspects of ways ~Marcelle Hinkson.

No one should be kept embodied in a structure that limits their ability to move on to the future.

There should always be a guideline that produces punctuality in mind and ways to know the necessities of what to take from the past as a guiding tool to move on.

And cultures based on rulings and laws are just filled with bondage elements to keep individuals idle in a long past history of ways that keeps rolling like a wheel of long lost books of documentation going round and round.

There should always be change ,Yes! Good meaningful change to stabilized individuals and their lives in a changing life in the world.

And no political agenda or other should never try to nullify what one should or should not do with their lives from programs that dictate their living structure of ways.

Everyone has a will power and a life to live in the most meaningful way,past episodes are not for a changing but is a blinding.

Cultures come and cultures go and that happens for a reason,what is meant to stay will stay and what is to go will go.

And any cultures with effects that gets branded into individuals lives in an intrusive way is not cultures at all but only ways of mass manipulations of and for bondage.

You know everyone has a being of soul and some have the natural knowledge wisdom and understanding to know what is for them and what isn't for them.

Your being talks and individuals need to listen when you hear yourself question you about whatever situation know that the question is asked for a reason and you must obey.

Don't ever get yourself dragged into political or nonpolitical ways that just stains your life with a meaningless brand and has ways that interfere with the present living of structures.

This is a changing time a changing of universal worlds and there need to be a change in the people.

A Set Up To Go And Hide Away?

It's everywhere,this information of leaked emails and health issues, as individuals are being sent false blinding tissues.

And you know what? Individuals need to look at the false pieces of the puzzle that is on display, and see if it's not a set up to get away from the drama and the cell of jail way.

There is an election flow and Yes! With an opponent that want to break ground everything is flash on the table to gain a seat, ways are displayed to blindside the other and they are never discreet .

And with all that is going on there are individuals that really want to gain,secretly in the background that never shows their name.

In what ever means possible,they use their pride and whatever lying arrogent means they have up their sleeves, as all they want to do is gain control and put the innocent on bending begging knees.

And just like everyone else I'm constantly looking at these health issues and the emails that is being distrubuted in ways.

And there maybe a big false death set up lingering in way.

A set up for an individual to go underground or on some island to try to enjoy life, to get away from the drama of self lies.

Look at this scenerio! Emails with evidence are constantly flowing, and truth is shown but yet no one is being procecuted.

All they are getting is full security and a van system that drops them home, set up answers for every ill way of wayward road.

Health issues are being seen,everyday on big and small tv and tecnologie's screens.

And still no one is being put on time out or sick leave,you just see them being pushed out for everyone to see.

This is so fishy that it puts the fish markets in shade, all this is just a game play of reactments for an individual to try to get away with lies deceit hate and a big pay day.

But it's never going to work "Enough is Enough! And the Truth will be seen heard and told.

There are iindividuals who just like to play games with others, it's like they flash their playing game hand of certain cards but yet they still have hidden others.

And people need to read through the lines,and don't let the distractions of the playing cards divert them off the truth most of the time.

To much is happening in every way individuals please open your eyes and look at the deceitful ways.

Look at the game play in effect,and you will know the ones that want to secretly walk away with the big juicy cheques.

Through the years the same games were played the same methods was in effect,and some individuals always seemed to die but of course they disappear somewhere with bank loads of money and scheming pay cheques.

So what is the difference with this playing hand,is it that you think it's different because this time you have a woman and man?

It's no different because I can assure you,because all they want to do is pull more blind folds over you.

Watch and see and you will hear,watch the clues everywhere.

And look at the true big picture,don't let their false directions fool you.

Don't be surprise if it's none of the two.

Mask On Mask Off As Truth Will Be Seen, Heard And Told.

Uncovering the cover ups in world, the no makeup movement is in full effect and it has some individual's minds going around in twirls.

The days of camougflaging in makeup wear, is now changing as a new movementois around.

And it's challenging individuals  tp take their makeup off king off and show their true selves every where home,out and in towns Yes! Where every they go around.

Imagine all those faces to be uncovered and all those masks to take off.

And trying to digest the new facial features of how individuals really look is like Sherlock Holmes at a mystery trying to get it solve.

Just think about the individuals that you will now see walking around.

And some people would think that those individuals are new and now arrived in their home town.

Imagine! Plastering yourself in makeup and now it is all gone, so much faces will look strange and some individuals might even show scorn.

And it is a good thing that is about to happen as always Truth always shows up lies, it's always just a matter of time.

The nights are dark Yes! But then light comes for you to see,truth will always shine for me to see the real you and you see the real me .

Why Do Some Individuals Text Reply Etc Take So Long ?

You know earlier this morning this is what I woke up to , this text conversation of away with questions and answers being thrown out of context.

My thing is! And I know that also individuals out there find the long waiting aspect of a reply text could be quite annoying and time-wasting.

I don't like phones that much as I never liked the idea of all the chatter :)) Anyway back to the point!

I'm an individual who is very straight forward, I like to say what is in my heart not my mind as the mind can be easily manipulated if you get what I mean and if you don't well that is another area for discussion.

First off when anyone calls me by phone and they are talking to someone in the background and do not address themselves to the call I basically hang up after I say Hello with no reply.

When anyone texts me and I have to be the only person texting, well that's the time for me to just find something else to do and discontinue the call with 'Bye I'll text you sometime".

I should not be in a conversation with someone whether it's a phone call or text and have to be the messenger, speaker, and interpreter.

What sense is it to the conversation as it should be a two-way conversation, not a one way one.

And then there is the long wait between each text, hey what's really up with that, Why the long wait for a reply?

It is just annoying these new ways and methods that have some individuals all caught up.

Why do some individuals text someone and don't know what to say?

Or just fall asleep on the call, I understand Yes! Individuals get tired but Hey! Saying I'm tired or sleepy isn't going to hurt anyone, the dropping asleep on the call that sure will.

Or worst scenario and that is that you forget that you were talking to someone? Seriously?

This one really takes the cake, texting someone and just forget you were talking to them hmm!

Some individuals will call me rude well I speak the truth, this is just an ignorant way, and when I see these kinds of conversations I just get out of the way.

Another one I see often happening that I find really rude and this is where the context of rude should really come in :)

And that is individuals doing business and texting away just ignoring the person that is addressing them .

This one I never do as when someone come to do business with me and I don't have their attention.

I always tell them to get back to me when they are ready for service and it's not being rude it's just me justifying my way of doing things with the right procedures.

You know! I was told that I can not take criticism but I had to tell the individual never to get mix up with the meaning of the two words.

Criticism and directions of motivation are different words with different meanings.

I don't criticize and I don't allow criticism I allow inspiration motivation love and growth.

Criticism weakens the core, and anything that can not help build me I reject just as simple as that criticism is not a builder but a breaker.

I'm not broken nor do I want to be broken and I'm not in for any weakening but building.

Directing someone to do better that's the direction of motivation and that I understand.

Criticizing someone to break them to do nothing but deteriorate by not compelling themselves to go on do better or go further because of being criticized that is not right.

As I said I do the direction motivation course and anyone who understands what it means will know and understand what I'm saying.

What It Is To Be Living Among Humans.

What it is to be living among humans living in the world of today, to go on living a life day by day?

With discrepancies of the wayward world, and ways that make your head spin and twirl.

You try to make a stand by helping out a stranded brotherman., while you see some individuals just pass by without any acknowledgment or even look at or glance.

Living in a world of today, with individuals who carry much love of care along the way.

Is very much appreciated instead of hating, someone and them never appreciating.

Most individuals in the world hassle and some don't seem to want to slow down, some are workaholics and work the office of business most days and nights long.

And when it comes to family affairs there are some family members around for you, but then there are others that seemed just to want to frustrate you and make you upset and your life always blue.

What it is to be living among humans living in this wayward world system of ways, that makes you wonder what is really becoming these days.

I am walking with compassion and always a heart soul aware, a faith of hope I carry to help me out through the days.

Some work today and then tomorrow and then the night is for rest, to get up early to look and feel your best.

And on your pathway, you meet so many individuals out there.

With different personalities some love and some who just don't care, but it is not about their wayward way it is about my heart how I care, and the genuine love that I share.

The true love that is inside of me, that lifts me up and keeps me free.

It's never to hold others in my heart just forgive them and move on, hold my head up high with the courage of faith and hope and be truthfully strong.

Black /White What Is The Difference ?

Black white what is the difference doesn't a heartbeat within?

Doesn't each individual carry a heart and the breath of life that gives them wind?

Love sees no color it only sees the heart Yes! The mechanism of the body where true wares will part.

A contrast of differences is all around but by no means should anyone let it affect their thinking of truthful heart ways of themselves as to let it get them down.

Racism is at the table of those who are ignorant of the fact, that mankind is the same its just that true Love some of them lack.

No color can change mankind's habitual thinking of how they know they should present themselves in a truthful way of the heart.

No biased ignorant individuals can stop them from taking part in life.

The diversity of individuals that try to put a mandate on the movement of individuals of what they call different color is just ignorance displayed, and they really need to know the true Loving way.

Anyone can excel it's just their motives of what and how they want to present themselves in life.

How far do they want to go if they want to settle down and get a family with a husband or wife?

Some want to do more and some less, some want to cut corners and some want to go the truly straight and narrow way and do everything at their best.

Any individual that has his or her heart set on achieving what they have to achieve to help themselves in a meaningful way will get there.

And no one can stop them if they are flowing with a truthful heart of wares no matter what any ignorant individual tries to do or say.

Racism is used by individuals who try to control others but days today, it is not possible that is why an awakening was called.

To show up the errors of way and break them off once and for all.

Customer Service Or Lying Persuasion Of Advice?

How many of you sales assistants lie to the customers each day and how many of you put up a fake front?

How many of you say an outfit of clothing fits the individual when the truth of the matter is that the outfit had stunk?

In a world of industrial wear, individuals copy the trend of wearing brand name gear there are so many styles out there,and they don't suit everyone to wear.

So what about all the lies, when sales assistants lie and look customers in their eyes?

To say" That shirt ,pants,dress, blouse of wears fits you like it is made for you to wear".

Why the deceit of words,why not let the customer know that the outfit was not fitting good  and that it had them looking they worst?

Wearing an outfit that does not fit a body structure and falsely saying that that it looks good and fit is not good customer service, it is just a way of deceiving  the customer into buying Yes! And it is a trick.

My way is always tell the truth don't tell a customer lies because it will put your commission in a high view, always remember that the customers are depending on you.

STOP IT ! A Message To Mankind.


Stop the anger unforgiving and the hate.

Stop being ungrateful to individuals to whom you don't appreciate.

Stop the lies and the deceit.

Stop the watching of adult and child porn as you try to be so discreet.

Stop the killing robbing and the abuse.

Stop robbing the kids of their precious innocence of youth.

Stop the cutting and torture of yourselves and your bodies.

Stop the running around with every Jane Sally Jill Tom Dick and Harry.

Stop the using of needles with drugs that you pump into your bodies that just make you sick.

As everyday you do it ,it just makes you trip.

As it is made to just make your minds degrade mess up rotten and sick.

As it gets weary and old like a solid old brick.

Stop the pollutions that is trying to destroy mother earth.

When she gets angry giving back will be way worst.

Stop the coning scamming all the tricking of your brother man.

To get quick money to put in your filthy hands.

Stop the smoking and the drinking Yes! The bad substance abuse that to your health is really bad.

You only have one life to live and one body to carry so why are you treating it so bad by using things that is just making you numb as you party so hard.

Stop the neglecting of the precious kids.

To get something that you never did.

Stop! Open your eyes and really look around this place .

And see how these wayward ways of world is trying so hard to destroy mankind and this place in a haste.

How do you define ‘‘SUCCESS?

Success- Souls United for a Care and Cause an Eternal Soul Sense of ways 

Success is the Gratitude of a Grateful Heart and it's also the upliftment of physical content.

The positive aspects of success are the healing of mankind in the most ways accruable, the healing of the nations, societies, and the world in all aspects of ways, that is a success.

And as always there is a negative or deviant way to this as some see success as an overworked machine of ways to gain wealth while some put it to be happy and to blindside others if they must.

You know what? I would not attribute success to happiness as "Happiness is the benefactor of a whole and happy heart".

In this world, some individuals have wealth, but are they happy?

No! Some are just rude, ignorant, selfish, miserable, and unhappy, hmm does that sound like a success really? To me, it sounds like an illusion.

First, the heart has to be grateful, helpful, thankful, loving, caring, and happy, it needs to be whole, not cracked and full of tears.

There is a need for true "Successors" the ones with Souls United for a Care and Cause an Eternal Soul Sense of ways.

A  love, help, care educate way that will ripple through the world, a helping you, helping others way.

Not deviant delusional ways that leave individuals pushing to get more to be unhappy with what they have.

That fills them with the most uncouth ways of standing.

There is no problem with wanting to see your children, yourself or others get through in life, but there should be a limit as to knowing how far to go to gain success and to wear success positively well.

I Like! I LOVE :)

The contents of this blog article really open up my heart of being more to my intellect experiences and of what some one once made in a statement.

The meaning of these two words of emotions, sounding a like but one differs from the other in so many ways than one.

The precept and concept of what some may call a living word but yet when you say them they some how define the elements of speech and what it is directed to.

Two words but so different sounding so much like the other but when you can really use them and know the essence of the words, you will be able to say them and appoint them to the necessary accolades without any mishap or perspective of view.

What is the meaning of like? You may ask, well from my view and my meaning of the word like. 

I would say that liking something or someone is a mere appoint of view you like it but it's not an important factor. 

It's just a playful gesture of emotion when liking something or someone it's not deep or damaging. 

Meaning it does not control you or what ever your liking may be appointed to.

In mankind's dictionary you find the meaning of the word "like" as used to draw attention to the nature of an action or event.

 I think that my meaning of like sounds more appropriate as a defilement. 

I have a matured mind and my intellect and mentality has evolved tremendously, I no longer see words as by words of every day usage words. 

I now see, sense and reguriate words and used them for they true essence of meaning. 

I have learned and yes I am still being taught :) of how to feel, know each word of vocabulary meaning of emotion and use them appropriately.

That way when you hear words being said, you can actually feel the word, the emotion behind it and know the conclusion behind i. 

That is, if it has an idolized meaning behind it or if it's just a mere look like gesture of emotion without harm.

I can say that I like something but can I say I love it? No! Not really. 

I have to know which words to use, and how to appoint it to it's right structure of phrasing. 

I can not say I love something when in fact it's a mere infatuation, and not bonding. 

I can say that I love my Creator, God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit, because I know the essence of the word's representation of love. 

I know why I say it, when I say it and where it comes from, and how it is defined when I say it.

I would not used the word ‘‘ like’’ in this process because it would be a lie. 

And I would not just like my Creator who brought me into being, because I know we have a bonding a true authentic love alignment. 

And I used the word love here as it is and was meant to be used in the atmost genuine and truthful way.

Now again I can say I like a dress or other but that doesn't mean that I am in love with it, no way, no shape, no how. 

I like it by means or a mere fact that it fits right, it has the right material, style, color or price.

I would not say that I love it because it's materialistic, it's something that changes in style, fashion and era.

I work at a retail establishment and the way some customers used these two words of content is appalling, sometimes I have to voice my opinion by saying " You love that dress, shoes, jewelry to death? Seriously?

Do they know what they are saying? Do they know the difference of "like" or "love" or the out come of the consequences of their  predictions that they manifest on themselves? No they don't.

Why would anyone want to die for a dress or any fabricated piece of materialistic wear? 

I say to some of them, really? For just material, you love these things to death?

Or your heart would break if you don't get it?SERIOUSLY???

Isn't that appalling? Yes it sure is, think about it! 

If these people used love for a dress, jewelry, actors, artiste etc, I wonder what word and how they would used love when they have to say it to God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit or to someone that they would say to a beloved someone they truly cherish.

It's When, Where and How.

(1) When to used the right word as it should be directed upon to describe a mere element of usage.

(2) Where to used the right word and direct it for it's useful and appropriate construction.

(3) How to defined, that is, how it was appointed to, to clarify your true emotion of clarity and not for waste.

Everyday these words "like"and "love" are being thrown left and right in speech sentences and no one seem to know the difference. 

They used them just as words of context, and never for they meaning, just words of false gesture.

It's a way of mankind's false interpretation of Love, and they need to know the true value of the words Love and like. 

So on seeing a dress, shoes, bag, jewelry etc, that you think that you would die for. 

I beg of you! Please look at these things, really look at them. 

Think of your words of predictions that you put in the atmosphere on your self, don't ever forget that the mouth speaks life and death.

Search and feel deep within your heart and soul, and get the true authentic meaning of your actions of admiration. 

Don't let it be an delusional eye sight attachment but let it be a true authentic harmless viewing of liking that you can just look at and turn away from.

So when next you go shopping or other test  your ability to know the difference between "like" and "love" feel the words you used, know why you are using them for they true vocabulary meaning of emotion and use them appropriately for their true worth. 

Mankind's False Interpretation of Love and knowing it's True Value

There are many in society who do not know the value, description, and meaning of the word love and its authenticity. 

To some, it's just a mere mock-up of the word and they used it for unidentified and unworthy causes.

Some say, ‘‘ I love you" but behind that, it shows hate, treason, envy, deceit, and hate.

It is being used as a mere gimmick and a trial in an undignified way, but why?

Why are so many using it and not saying it in truth?

It's because they don't know or care to appreciate and embrace the meaning, value, and true existence of the word in actions. 

‘‘ I love you" now flows from mankind's mouth like a trend, a despicable, unedifying mockery, not to be shown for appreciation but for treason.

Not showing the genuineness of its meaning but to be used as a ‘‘what you need to hear’’ word. 

It is being said without clarity, with no definition of its meaning, no reliance, no attitude, and no limit.

Anyone who knows the truthful meaning of Love, its appearance, and its nature, would appreciate its usage. 

And immediately will identify and know when it's just being showcased by others or said out of contentment as mere ignorance, lust, or appetite.

When one has lustful love, it makes them want to get what they need in sight and mind. 

This is not real love but just a mere means of illusional ways. 

Intimidated by the mind's interpretation of its unqualified needs. 

‘‘ Lying love’’ which falls under the category of ignorance and lust, comes about when one tells someone what one needs to hear. 

To get what one wants and it's a mere means of deceiving the other in a nullified diplomatic way with a straight face,  delusional devious mind, and a tainted heart. 

And then there is when love is used as an appetizer. 

Lots of people seem to like this one, ‘‘ I love you", they would say and their minds and heart hold a grudge of hatred towards you. 

It's just being said as a ‘‘ Save Face’’ in an egoistic way by others who try to manipulate things for their selfish needs to fill their appetite. 

One must understand and be able to define this four-letter word,  it's a weapon of intrigue. 

It's a way, a perfection, an evolving substance, that originated and generated from the Father's hand and heart. 

It's a feeling, a truth, a living matter and it can not be copied, it's put in place to be truly showered, shown, and shared. Saying "I love you" with no meaning makes it dry, dark, hollow, and Yes! False. 

And anyone that knows its true way will know when it's just said to be displayed. 

Yet so many seem to use it daily without emphasizing its truth, it has now become a trend, a by-word, a part of everyday false speech. 

It has now become a trending mere aspect of society's way of manipulating each other.

I observed people who say it to others, even to me, and you know what?

I not only realized but I felt and knew that it was all fake. 

It concerns me to see how it just easily flows from individual's mouths' without truthful thinking and meaning of its value.

A lot is going on in the world, the enemy is using mankind in so many ways to try to pollute every good way, 

by trying to turn things around, from the good elements that they are supposed to be, trying to channel and copy every aspect of ways by turning them into repulsive and wicked behaviors. 

I am a human who appreciates real genuine Love for its conception, its worth, its appearance, and its foundation. 

When someone says it and means it you feel it, the excitement, the joy, the gratitude, and its worth. 

You will have an appreciation, as you feel the substance of the word for its true meaning, and your heart will accept, accompanies, and embraces it. 

When it is not truthful, the heart rejects it, and you don't feel it because it's not said in truth and is not being spoken with true intentions.

The one that says it without meaning, preys on the vulnerable unconscious one that hears it, with the ear, the mind then interprets it in a false way. 

Love is just a four-letter word, it's a small word but its value is great and greater than anything. 

 Only the true conscious can comprehend its existence, its nature, and its exhibition, as it's bigger than you and I. 

No one will know the depths of genuine love until they find out and know it's a true value, its true original distributor and maker.

And as some continue to look at love from a different perspective, some see love as a mere fast way. 

Of getting or having sex with as many people as possible, for the appetite. 

And some use it as a form of ego, and others used it as a way of showing maturity. 

And yet again so many fail to look at love and to see it for what it really means, and that is for reliance, education, commitment, help care, and edification. 

When you say "l love you" it should not be used for one's selfish gain, by interpreting it as something different than what it is meant, by misusing venerable people for self-enjoyment and appetite.  

Love should be about appreciation and care as it makes an impact on someone or their lives to help them in the most positive ways. 

It should be about being true to yourself, so that you can be true to others, and appreciate the commitment that is truly shown showered, and shared. 

Love is a precious gem, it's all about the heart, real and authentic in being and substance. 

Yet again so many fail to identify and understand it, they fail to see the velocity of its nature, and some fail to embrace it and show it. 

Love can not be measured because it's an ever-growing essence of the matter. 

The more love you share with others, the more the heart will bring, put in place for mankind to use, to get them through each day. 

But some ignore it, misuse it, forget it, copy it, and with no hope, get lost along the way.

Love is a guide, an instrument of perfection, made and transfer from the father's heart and hand. 

It is here and put in motion to be shown,  showered, and shared, in one's life and to always play a part. 

Why say it if you don't mean it? Why say it without edification if you can't say it truthfully why say anything at all?

An Unappreciative Boss

So often do individuals find themselves working for an unappreciative boss, one who is always and only about the money aspect of said business.

An unappreciative boss who doesn't seem to ever appreciate the employee's distribution, honesty, reliability, respectability, and performance.

I for one have come across employers of that caliber and I have also noticed how arrogant and selfish they were.

Even to this day and doing my routine rounds I often come across individuals who work for unappreciative employers.

And I continued to hear conversations of disconnections between employees and employers and the truth is, that the vast amount of unsatisfied employees is so overwhelming.

In the arena of business, employers must and should contribute themselves in all areas of their businesses not in arrogant, harsh manipulating ways but with decency, professionalism, commitment, and appreciation not only to their businesses but to their employees as well the ones that distribute awareness to their businesses.

Last year, for instance, I spoke to many unsatisfied employees of businesses who were concerned about bonus payments or even a thank you or an appreciation note or voice of ''Job Well Done'' from their employers.

They were upset some even was threatening to quit because of long-standing hours, hard work, respectable, honestly and professionals that they put into the said businesses and at the end of the year, not even a thank you note of any kind.

Well what I can say is this, it should never be about the money it should be about the integrity of the employers their conscience, their ability to see the kind of staff that they have the employee's distribution to the business, the responsibilities of running the business and for the employer to show his or her appreciation to his or her staff of employees whether he can afford it or not.

A ''Thank you"' meeting or ''Thank you'' cards could be some kind of good gesture to show appreciation to staff as it doesn't always have to be about the money.

As some employees sympathized with some employers to know that sometimes a business might not be doing that well and here a ''Thank you'' note of some kind will be well appreciated.

You see the mere fact that some employers aren't considerate enough to show his or her face as to show appreciation truthfully only shows more guilt and selfishness.

Not saying a word and hiding as to avoid employees is not the right way to do things as all this does is show more guilt and arrogance on themselves.

The Difference between Motivation and Critism

In my life I've seen motivation and criticism aspects being directed at others and what I can say is that the both of them is the different from the other in ways of meaning, essence and poised.

There are individuals out there who notion that they are motivating others but instead they are criticizing them to the core.

I'm no judge and I don't judge anyone as the judging is up to the Creator of existence and whenever he feels fit he will do as such.

The declaration of my voice of passage is just saying in views, as a motivation empowering tool.

I've seen and met others who seemed so eager to motivate others and these individuals are just playing a part.

They gather friends around that seemed so troubled in mind, spirit and ways and instead of motivating these individuals to do good it's all criticism and a pushed to do bad.

I find no basis for this kind of behavior at all I'm a God fearing woman and I like to see others motivated to do good not to be pushed to do bad and then criticized at their attempt to do bad.

Some individuals in this society called mankind has just become a selfish,uncouth, arrogant bunch of people who just look out for themselves and their own needs and not the needs of others.

Some seemed to be in the habit of luring negative people of influences into their lives and then when things go sour the bitterness on their tongues lashes out in Criticism.

Why would anyone want to criticized someone to make them feel bad when they can motivate them to do good?

You know "Criticism does not fulfill the body it weakens the core".

Motivation on the other hand was put in place to help others to achieved a sense of worth and meaning to adapt to the changing aspects of things and live freely in ways most memorable and pleasing.

To help someone achieved a growth pattern of existence and expansions and not to indulged in mind,body ,spirit or soul harming accolades.

So why criticized to pushed down when one can motivate to build up?

A back lash of stabs of demolition is what critics of individuals does to the weak and struggling.

The intriguing way of a critics' Criticism is just appalling.

Correction is good Criticism is bad, one can not mixed the two because correction is a challenged to do right while Criticism is a knock down to demolished.

The softness of words directed from a motivational speaker and the thread from a critic's tongue is not and will never be the same.

There is never the same feel of authenticity of words of movement so in fact there is a difference and yes everyone will ,shall and always noticed.
