In an arena of businesses all over the world, you will find businesses at every corner of town or other and when you see businesses you will definitely see employees of staff.

Some are adequate, responsible, and hardworking while others are slow, lazy, waste much time, not doing anything but talking and texting.

And all those hardworking ways, why do they have to carry home every day, week, or month a low hourly pay of salary for hard-working days as they continue to get a small payment of salary per hour each day?

Why is the hourly rate of pay so low, when most of the employees have to catch two sets of vehicles to get around as they go, up down to and fro?

As half their salary is almost gone from traveling out of what from you, they are owed.

Everything in business is evolving and some hourly salaries still remain the same.

This is bare slavery with much greed of selfishness on some employers part and Yes! A real shame.

Businesses are making thousands of dollars each day but yet they complain and always say that they are not making anything, and try to come up with unusual ways of planning.


Just to keep an individual's salary low, and the rest of the money for the employer will go to self or a bank account over some other shore.

Why can't some employers look and see the hard work that some individuals put in, and stop focusing on keeping low payment on employees it is a greedy and selfish sin.

In these days of some individuals having so much to do each of them tries day by day to help their families and themselves out, and Yes! Being employed and independent is always a good way to start out.

But at some businesses, the low hourly rate of pay can not do much for a hard-working man or woman that has a family, or a young man or woman that wants to continue their education with studies.

$6. 00-$8. 00 an hour for some individuals can not make it, and most of the time before they get their salary in hand it's gone and they can not even save it.

These kinds of salaries these days can not feed a family when bills have to pay, the food needs to be bought to feed each one day by day.

And what about the transportation that some have to get a train, bus, or cabbie and with all the traveling they really need a higher salary.

Business owners really need to consider some of these hourly rates of salaries, that they are giving some of their best hard-working employees.

Think about the hard work they do, to help your business achieve and grow as it gets through.

Think about the distance some go, to get to work for an early show.

Think about the husbands, families, and wives that some individuals work for, think about the low hourly salaries that they work hard for every day and you will see that it does not represent or show how they work hard hourly.

Leaders of man's laws always talking about raising this and that, and yet no one is talking about raising individual's salaries, they are raising aspects of ways with procedures that never help anybody.

Imagine matured men and women going home with kid's salaries, wages of pay that just looks like it could just buy sweets and candy for everybody.

Hmm!

In some businesses all over the world, you will find distinctive individuals working in fields of selective wholesale buying. 



And the overall structure is making a business plan, to decide what you want to carry and for whom, the customers base on your location, the prices you want to install on items, and the study of wholesalers to get the selected merchandise that you need. 


And these are not individuals that are just managed but they also select and serve, they restore replenish and repeat procedures on a day-to-day basis to keep some business operations running with unique structures of selling wares.


And skills of experience come into play

So an individual with brilliant experience and an eye for detail will surely be beneficial to carry out this kind of workmanship to select and manage beneficial fields from wholesale distributors on a day-to-day basis. 

All individuals that have much expertise in this field will know what the customers want when their eyes look at merchandise and with their hands, they gently feel. 

This high-profile job goes to individuals with much clarity and understanding to know what the business needs to carry out its daily function to satisfy potential customers that will flock to their places of the establishment. 

Individuals that do selective wholesaling to find the perfect and fast-selling items for their establishment. 

And they will continue to select and serve to potential customers that are looking for that unique piece of artistry to carry home, whether its a souvenir, apparel, jewelry, etc they will find the perfect selection of their customer's buying appetites. 


No one needs a manager that just buys any old thing and stores away products as the storage area continues to get clustered with bags and boxes like a junkyard. 

You buy and you present what you bought to the customer as each item is placed on its shelf for viewing. 

There should always be a fast movement of wares that is why detailing should be applied so that you wouldn't have to do storing as you may end up storing what is needed on the shelf. 

And because of so many bags and boxes, good items are overlooked, and there go good sales out the door, why store when you can sell?


There must be sales in movements of wares, not dust and mold from merchandise that is stored away in bags and boxes that get old, smell, and decay. 

The profit margin has to go up, that's the equation for a business to make money, they must hire the right individuals that know what they are doing, not individuals that would buy any old thing for selling. 

And so many businesses do that, store away merchandise and when they go for the merchandise it smells old, moldy, and looks so bad, who really in their right mind is going to buy those items?

As the customers will buy pleasing things they see, they are not going to buy merchandise that smells old and looks nasty cheap. 

And every day it continues for individuals in the work field of wholesale buying for their business, and as the gap between wholesale distributors grows wide, these individuals look for more unique pieces that will call the customer's eyes. 

And in businesses they continue with this very important procedure to restore, replenish and repeat, restoring all merchandise that was sold for that day and replenish what they can for the next day, a repeat of wholesale selecting from individuals in the business arena of managing. 



Their plan and ideas are always put forth and team playing is always in effect, their goals are put in play as they are always focused on seeing the business grow as it evolves.

Business Management Arena-Open For Business -Organization And Appearance.



The business arena consists of all types of businesses in all parts of the world, all types of shapes and sizes, and each of them carries different methods and products of wares.

Some operate with management and supervisory standings and some do benefit as to be well organized.

But there is a percentage of businesses that lack much organization and function as no management or supervisory attention is hired to maintain them.

As in some businesses, the staff is given the responsibility to keep the said business organized but after a while, no interest is shown and things just remain unkept.

In the beginning, you will find some Individuals with ideas of opening a business and they put everything into work and get ready for a grand opening.

Everything is well organized, and displayed, staff, is on point and ready to serve potential customers.

 But After a few months or years, you don't seem to find the grand element of the business, no more enthusiasm in staff, in the business the appearance or the organization skill.

As some businesses just end up a run-down aspect of their former self.


Some employers just leave their business to run to ruins,  as they no longer do they show interest to maintain its standard and upkeep.

Organization in a business should always be a must, as it is in self and life.

Whether you are the boss or employee organization in the business should be a must to keep the standard of the business.

Having a business that is not properly presented in terms of appearance and service is a business that lacks coordination and most likely will lose sales.

A business place of the environment should not be kept like a flea market with everything shattered confusingly all over the place.

A consistency in arranging aspects of products should be implemented.

Yes! That is why In a confusing business everyone seems to get a headache because it's too confusing.

And it does and will interfere with the daily sales, service, and employees of the business.

Keeping a business well-organized means keeping away the clutter, dysfunction, and confusion as it will end up well-grounded, more manageable, and more appealing for potential customers and sales to come in.

It also means that interest is being shown to it.

Any potential customer just like myself likes to shop in business without confusion disorder.

There should always be a welcoming feel, presentable appearance, and a pleasing smell as we as good service and staff with pleasant attitudes.

And as a customer, when you find yourself having to face a dysfunctional, disorganized, unkempt smelly business with very rude staff,  you just don't want to go in.

And as always a business that reaps from confusion will try to sell confusion and who wants that?

Seeing any business that is not organized, smells, or reeks of confusion I just stay away from it, and Yes! This is the mentality of a potential customer that wants to shop in or do business in comfort.

Not everyone likes disorder, there are employees and customers that like to know that they are shopping and working in comfortable environments, clean smell well organized, and a professional way.

In a dysfunctional business most likely you will have dysfunctional unhappy staff.

I'm an individual that where ever I work there must be order and a sense of comfort and professionalism even if I have to implement it myself.

In the first employment job that I was given, I found myself being given the keys to the business, and every business after that Was the same, as I have a reputation as a professional individual that puts a business in order.

I'm an organizer and I make sure that the appearance of whatever business I work in, as well as the product appearance of marketing aspects, is presentable and well organized for the benefit of the customers, and staff and that it represents the business outline.

Also, I make sure that customer service is well represented as customers are treated with great care to make sure that whenever they leave the business that they are leaving with a sense of satisfaction.

And not all businesses can offer that, that is why so many businesses are fading away because they lack substance in the area of professionalism in the business field.

With bad service and staff that continue to call in sick because they are just fed up with the place etc.

And to tell the truth! Who in their right mind wants to work in an environment of a workplace that lacks substance, that only produces the stress of a confusion way and disorder? Not on this day no one doesn't.

Some business owners need to step up their game in terms of keeping their businesses presentable and professional for customers and staff.

I've seen so many businesses run down and still, the owners are at the doors trying to solicit sales, and day after day no one doesn't even make an attempt to go in, as the appearance of the store is just repulsive and disorderly and never have a welcoming feel.

So Business people always remember that bad business leads to dysfunctional rude staff and no business.


 

Business Management Arena-Customers Are Always Right?




The infrastructure of some companies basing their workmanship on this theme is actually setting them up for a backlash.

Yes! Customers will make up a part of a business's financial building in procedures of sales etc but without the employees what would happen to the business structure.

Businesses sometimes find it needed to implement this theme of a description " Customer Are Always Right" but it does not help a business or its employees when prejudice, grudge, or other bias element is parading into play on customers that they claimed is so right.


In companies everyone will find a complaint or complaints, they will always be that person or persons there to complain about something or the other.

Nothing isn't perfect, no one is perfect, and everyone like some is just trying for perfection.

And some companies go about it the wrong way as they continue to base some problems on employees because they never took the time to really sit down and ask an employee what went wrong.

Employers will always find themselves in problems and losing employees that just decided that they have had enough because the employers don't really know their staff and they just base whatever intrusions that happened, on a good customer's voice of opinion that claims to be always right.

The infrastructure of what they are based on is just a mere biased way to guarantee more customer flow, and that isn't the way to keep a business afloat, by bashing every employee that a customer complains about, there must be some kind of relevant stipulation that protects employees.

I'm not saying that they are all polite employees, everyone has different personalities and attitudes and some can flip faster than some, some know how to handle a situation and some don't and so does customers, so why base a theme only on the rights of customers? Employees are people too you know.

In societies that we all live in we are all conscious, at least some of us are, of procedures political, racial you name it and every way seems to be trying to highlight itself.

Where ever there are services of business rendered there will always be complaints.

Where ever there are customers there will always be complaints, everyone is different with different mentalities, attitudes, dispositions you name it, and what one would appreciate another wouldn't, what one will let slide another wouldn't.

And some customers just like drama and attention some just like to make their voices known as a prudent protruding way to cause a scene.

What really is the implementation of theme customers is always right when most of the time the customers are not only wrong but full of pretense and cannot be pleased?

Some employers on hearing about an issue with staff and customers automatically dismissed all communication aspects with the employee and automatically give them a guilty verdict without elementary reasoning, and that is very biased with much neglect.

And that is how the backlash will come in, as some employees seeing their employers' biased verdict will decide to walk, who really wants to stay around such a biased atmosphere?

And some employees never went out of the regime as they only implement proceedings that they are accustomed to.

Employers should always know their staff and they should always represent their staff in situations instead of putting their staff in a compromising position because of frequent customers or because they are looking at the finances that some customers are bringing in.

The dominance of grievances should not be happening if only some management would be professional enough and deal with situations the right way.

Gossip line procedures should not be happening in an establishment that is striving to succeed.

As all it does is bring more division between staff, management, etc and it only shows the lack of consistent management of disposition, bias profiling, and cowardice.

A fruitful business is a business where everyone agrees as a team in a team playing effort to deal with every situation at hand.

Not a bias trending workmanship but one on true and rightful problem-solving procedures, not to be judgmental but to be able to handle issues the right and appropriate way.

In an arena of businesses there are employees who don't get along with management and management who can't face employees, why is there a discrepancy in such businesses?

Is there a lack of communication skills, management skills, or just biased doings?

Dealing With Customers On A Lie Basis?

See! That is where every problem starts, with a lie of pretense, why just not say what it is rather than escorting a wrong way with right? Respect does not have a LIE in it.

The thing with lies is that there is always a chain that you are bound to.

Only God knows what more you will lie about.

Some attitudes limit some individuals from getting the proper help that they deserve.

If one can continue to lie to solve a problem what more will they let in and do?

When any customer walks into an establishment, of course, they would know and feel the difference in the atmosphere, the approach of assistants, etc and as always it is for them to carry a polite disposition to clarify the cause, no bias dramatic episode should never be tolerated by your " Quote on Quote" my customers are always a right theme that carries much deception on your part.

It is what it is and sugar coating it is not going to make a customer that is wrong right and such goes for the employee etc.

Everything must be justified the right way to stop the hiccups of some wayward proceedings that only carry a false base because of the financial etc gain behind them.

There is a respectable and diplomatic way of doing things and those proceedings will come from respectable and mature individuals that know how to carry themselves in sticky situations instead of bandaging them with a lie. ( hint hint)

Opening a door for a lie to walk in will only generate a backlash of confusion in some situations etc.
And that I always try to avoid, TRUTH never hurt anyone it only shows up the deceit, etc in others, situations, etc.

Truth opens the right path of direction, etc to go through.
