Business Management Arena-Customers Are Always Right?




The infrastructure of some companies basing their workmanship on this theme is actually setting them up for a backlash.

Yes! Customers will make up a part of a business's financial building in procedures of sales etc but without the employees what would happen to the business structure.

Businesses sometimes find it needed to implement this theme of a description " Customer Are Always Right" but it does not help a business or its employees when prejudice, grudge, or other bias element is parading into play on customers that they claimed is so right.


In companies everyone will find a complaint or complaints, they will always be that person or persons there to complain about something or the other.

Nothing isn't perfect, no one is perfect, and everyone like some is just trying for perfection.

And some companies go about it the wrong way as they continue to base some problems on employees because they never took the time to really sit down and ask an employee what went wrong.

Employers will always find themselves in problems and losing employees that just decided that they have had enough because the employers don't really know their staff and they just base whatever intrusions that happened, on a good customer's voice of opinion that claims to be always right.

The infrastructure of what they are based on is just a mere biased way to guarantee more customer flow, and that isn't the way to keep a business afloat, by bashing every employee that a customer complains about, there must be some kind of relevant stipulation that protects employees.

I'm not saying that they are all polite employees, everyone has different personalities and attitudes and some can flip faster than some, some know how to handle a situation and some don't and so does customers, so why base a theme only on the rights of customers? Employees are people too you know.

In societies that we all live in we are all conscious, at least some of us are, of procedures political, racial you name it and every way seems to be trying to highlight itself.

Where ever there are services of business rendered there will always be complaints.

Where ever there are customers there will always be complaints, everyone is different with different mentalities, attitudes, dispositions you name it, and what one would appreciate another wouldn't, what one will let slide another wouldn't.

And some customers just like drama and attention some just like to make their voices known as a prudent protruding way to cause a scene.

What really is the implementation of theme customers is always right when most of the time the customers are not only wrong but full of pretense and cannot be pleased?

Some employers on hearing about an issue with staff and customers automatically dismissed all communication aspects with the employee and automatically give them a guilty verdict without elementary reasoning, and that is very biased with much neglect.

And that is how the backlash will come in, as some employees seeing their employers' biased verdict will decide to walk, who really wants to stay around such a biased atmosphere?

And some employees never went out of the regime as they only implement proceedings that they are accustomed to.

Employers should always know their staff and they should always represent their staff in situations instead of putting their staff in a compromising position because of frequent customers or because they are looking at the finances that some customers are bringing in.

The dominance of grievances should not be happening if only some management would be professional enough and deal with situations the right way.

Gossip line procedures should not be happening in an establishment that is striving to succeed.

As all it does is bring more division between staff, management, etc and it only shows the lack of consistent management of disposition, bias profiling, and cowardice.

A fruitful business is a business where everyone agrees as a team in a team playing effort to deal with every situation at hand.

Not a bias trending workmanship but one on true and rightful problem-solving procedures, not to be judgmental but to be able to handle issues the right and appropriate way.

In an arena of businesses there are employees who don't get along with management and management who can't face employees, why is there a discrepancy in such businesses?

Is there a lack of communication skills, management skills, or just biased doings?

Dealing With Customers On A Lie Basis?

See! That is where every problem starts, with a lie of pretense, why just not say what it is rather than escorting a wrong way with right? Respect does not have a LIE in it.

The thing with lies is that there is always a chain that you are bound to.

Only God knows what more you will lie about.

Some attitudes limit some individuals from getting the proper help that they deserve.

If one can continue to lie to solve a problem what more will they let in and do?

When any customer walks into an establishment, of course, they would know and feel the difference in the atmosphere, the approach of assistants, etc and as always it is for them to carry a polite disposition to clarify the cause, no bias dramatic episode should never be tolerated by your " Quote on Quote" my customers are always a right theme that carries much deception on your part.

It is what it is and sugar coating it is not going to make a customer that is wrong right and such goes for the employee etc.

Everything must be justified the right way to stop the hiccups of some wayward proceedings that only carry a false base because of the financial etc gain behind them.

There is a respectable and diplomatic way of doing things and those proceedings will come from respectable and mature individuals that know how to carry themselves in sticky situations instead of bandaging them with a lie. ( hint hint)

Opening a door for a lie to walk in will only generate a backlash of confusion in some situations etc.
And that I always try to avoid, TRUTH never hurt anyone it only shows up the deceit, etc in others, situations, etc.

Truth opens the right path of direction, etc to go through.
