This depiction is widely converse as businesses continue to build on achieving the most input of customers to its business in turn for full financial gain.

As some businesses adapt to a more beneficial way of growth expansions in terms of reduced stock, marketing, discounts, and vouchers, others go to the passage of higher documentation in terms of discount card usage of applications.

All influential growth expansions are based on one thing and that is to get more clientele in the said business of establishments to gain a high financial flow that will produce growth essentials.

Which by the way is an immaculate way of thinking for any businessman or woman in the arena of business competitors?

True Motivational Aspects is not a sin.

Motivating someone to do something that is good in their lives is not a sin, it just adds balance to one's life.

There is a struggle going on in societies in this world against good and evil, right and wrong and the positive and negative aspects of these ways always come into view.

And what motivational speakers are merely doing is trying to cause an effect stir in the struggle, so why to blast these motivational individuals for their useful efforts.

Children, youth, and grown men and women struggle each day with issues and some of them may not have the resources, funds or persons in their lives to get the help needed for the struggle that may have occurred.

And here is where motivational aspects can be applied, the person may be ready to give up on life and just by passing a motivational poster that reads"Never Give Up" might be the perfect answer of direction needed to challenge the caused of the struggle in the person's life.

Motivational aspects however way they come were put here for a reason and that is to help emphasize a change in someone's life that seemed to be struggling. 

I believe in helping others and that is the way in which I was born into this world and for those who seemed to worry so hard about motivational aspects and why it is here.

Any that has a problem with motivational therapy, might have had a struggle in their lives, because they are against a method that is good, relevant and helpful and the remedy for critics struggle is to get some sort of inspiration in some kind of motivational, yes the same methods that you blast.

Individuals out there say that they counsel people and I don't think that they would go out there and tell these struggling individuals to go out and try to make their problems worst, "No!

As one would try to help in what way they can to help these individuals, as sometimes it may not be in person but a word of some kind of enlightenment could help and also impact on a caused as to try to help someone that needs help with their struggle.

Any motivational aspects is not a sin these ways are just trying to help someone as they guide them in as to help balance one's life as "Words of Movement"

To go on a path of helpfulness, strength, and self-worth that is needed to help individuals understand that these ways were also put to give them a helping hand.

And all made by individuals who understand the hurt in these struggling individuals lives and who are willing and trying to help in ways of these motivational directed lines.

So to all good and motivational aspects and the people behind them I say continue to voice and get the work done.

Continue to push and help the ones in need don't ever worry about the criticism and critic's because they are the ones that have much envy,struggles and greed.

Motivational methods are used as stepping stones as to help others get up and not continue to fall.

As to gained courage and strength and try to put their lives back in order as to make they lives better.

As to you the critics out there I will continue writing because know that my words of motivational aspects will impact in someone's life as to help them unto a better directional course.

And yes critics I always know what your criticism is about as "Criticism do not fulfill the body it weakens the core".

What I can tell you is that this  seed will  not weaken because it was planted by a wise ,loving and caring planter with protection in mind against all eroding aspects of contaminates from you the critics, this seed bears fruit that is sharp like a two edge sword.

Fight The Bad Ways Of World Without Weapons.

Not so long ago you were a child,but now your eyes are opened wide.

To see the deceptions of bad world ways, and the individuals that put up laws and for others they just don't care.

But you know what?The time has vome for you to tell, that the weaponary that mankind sell.

Is only causing havoc in this place and it's really a dame disgrace.

To see mankind make weapons to kill their brotherman,instead of using a true heart weapon of a unity stand.

You know! It's not the weapons that kill man,it's the man with the weapons standing in hand.

So the bewilderment of going to shoot someone because they don't like you, is ignorance really displayed from a mankind that made weapons with hard hearts that could never be true.

You know! It's time that individuals fight the world of bad ways,without weapons and use more authentic Love and all it's ways of wares.

Fight with Love with a cause to hug fight to embrace the deception ways away fight to make your freedom stand, fight with a pure authentic Love heart with the weapon of Love in your hand.

Enjoy Your Days And Don't Let your Days Enjoy You In Frustrating Ways

Always enjoy your days and don't let your days enjoy you with seconds hours minutes of stress and frustrations that makes you sigh and blue don't ever let your bad days manipulate you.

I know of individuals and enjoying their days they never do as it's always their days pulling them in a test, it's always the repeating of their bad day in mind ways of stress frustration with much sighing and faces that is grumpily dress.

Why may I ask, Why don't these individuals take control of their days, and put things in motion that will sing sweet songs of ways?

Why do they jump to the conclusions of mentality that if one day goes wrong that everything will, and what they are really doing is taking a self induced destruction of day words pill as what they are thinking and saying will manifest at they will.

Some of these individuals do not understand that this is a different dimension that is going faster and changing every moment for a completion.

And a word world atmosphere of way, and what ever anyone put up will manifest in some ways and stay.

When ever you awake to a new day, be thankful that you are alive and well to see it, always think positive of your day and you having strength to make it.

Never be grumpy because something didn't go your way, just look at the situation as not happening for a reason as it will happen for you sometime another day.

Always make yourself happy and stop all the sighing way, just show yourself Love to embrace some caring ways.

Going around with a frown on your face does not make things better or make you look appealing,it just will bring more attentions to you of more dark days of what you keep sighing and pleading.

So brighten up cheer up and take each day with some strength on your back, never grow weary or frustrated always be strong to push back.

Push back with perseverance strength  faith in the right heart of mind set, and the hope that you will enjoy your days of each one that you will get.

Well what can I say? I can say that some ways in world has really turned upside down.

Prince the artiste just passed away, R.I.P Prince. 

I'm not a fan as I am just an individual observing effects,ways, events and others that takes place and Yes! I document them as to say and make relavent issues known.

Yes! I listen to music only the positive soothing kind that has something to offer my spirit and soul in meaningful ways .

This is and will be always my way of life as I've adapted to from young.

And today I want to speak about the trend that has evolved in world,The Evolution of World's Artiste Much Recognition Mostly in Dying  and Death Ways.

And I am not speaking about Prince alone, I am speaking about the others before him and to come.

Yes! Respect is due don't get me wrong, and it has more worth when delivered "In Life! 

Why much recognition? Why when dying or at death? 

As these individuals live among everyone in society in the world we live in, so why the big recognition only after when they get deep in the earth?

I know that these individuals want their privacy just like everyone else but while breathing and living you could hardly hear of these individuals names days months years once or twice a day.

So tell me me why is that may I asked? Why only all the  recognition only when they have passed.

And their music gets so constantly played over all media going  all ways in air waves,but why after death all the recognition of teasing base and all the individuald that has faces of much teary tears?

When these individuals are around and living some of them live private lives Yes! That is understandable! But they can also be recognized while living as well.

.

So why wait until its to late to tell them what them and their work has done,why wait until they have passed and their bodies are going in the hard soil earth of ground?Why Wait?

As we all know that in the music industry it is all about money ,selfishness and greed and for the beneficiaries to benefit off the death and get every cent their need,Yes! As i said it's all about "Music Industry Greed!

But you know what? Living off the dead is not a wise choosing, it's about living off their truthful positive life of meaning.

Yes! Of the memories of relevant positive productions of ways in wares that they did Yes!When they were living in the world with life of breathing ways.

The seeds of positive stands that were built while their were living, it's not about giving them a reconigtion only after they have died or dying.

It's about knowing what to do, when you hear one of their true tunes.

And equipting yourself in heart,it's about the true relavent messages that from an artists or others's souls that truthfully depart.

It should never be about the fine pretty clothes they wear,the makeup or the way they style their hair.

But it should always be about the "True Message! Of the true seeds they grow and the postive nature of wares that to everyone they lovingly showed.

Positive seeds in indiviuals hearts that is meaningful and helps them as to show them which way to go.

And it should never be about the money that the beneficial ones can gain but about the truth of integrity that gives the artists his or her name.

Self Control - The Pressure Point

How do I start to say what I need to say ? Hmm Self Control Yes! That is it :))

The good old "Self Control "  a way to say what is appropriate, relevant and needed to be said.

An understanding of a soul heart that makes the appropriate words from mouth part.

Not to insult or cause any strife of noise , but to make an appropriate gesture of a true meaningful way with cause of poised.

To give understanding in a true meaningful ways of directions, useful words that is most relevant.

As to make the relevant point come to light and not to cause and ignorant fight.

Not to insult or make others feel bad, but to help in such a way with a heart of soul mouth of words instead of a hand fight or demand.

I know sometimes ignorant ones try to intimidate others in doing somethings that we as humans hate to hear,but a self control of ways will always lead a passage of a true way.

To stop the ignorance of noise before it escalates, and stop the fight of hands before they awake.

Pride likes to make a lot of ignorant noise but a truthful way of words, is not to be loudly heard.

As a truthful soul heart of mouth don't carry useless words.

It's always say words with poised of meaning Yes! Every word to go out as an impact of meaningful directing.

"Meaning of cause", Yes! So always let your words direct, and you will release appropriate words with a self control of intellect .

Yes! To control the pressure point within, as to not let it boil up and go over the brim.

To always be settled and speak in a calming and appropriate peaceful way .

Words of intellect to individuals of what your heart of soul needs to say.

Soul Builders Or Energy Takers?

Soul builders or energy takers you do the maths, You see at the end of the reign they are the devious ones that want to have the last laugh.

For example! As you should know that you should help the needy and not the greedy well energizing is the same way.

You give your energy of helpings and livings to individuals that are destined and assigned Yes! That is truthfully placed on your path of ways.

In life, we meet a lot of individuals and Yes! It about helping everyone, but there are some that just try to interrupt your path to get you all run down.

They ask they wait, and they try to drain you of your energies intake.

And that is why it's best for you to be spiritually and consciously awake.

What I'm saying to you today is to always know the ones on your path that were are destined not pushed to meet you, to stress you out and leave you frustrated and blue.

Know the energies of their ways and you will know if they come to drain you away.

You see on your pathway, if you haven't noticed there is so much you will hear know see meet release say and gain.

And your true heart of soul always knows the truth as to how and to whom you should your energy with Love of strength release and not unnecessary strain.

And when to be strong and bold as to show up the disrupting presence of life's trolls.

As to ask or tell a pushed person on your way, "Where did you come from who sent you to try to offset my life's pathway?

As your inner soul voice never hides and with eyes opened wide it sees when these culprits are coming with devious lies.

As some individuals are in your life way for a reason and a season Yes! For you to help them up for their long pathway of tests.

And your inner being of soul always knows the way it should go because it shows you the way to embrace these individuals with much care to it's knowledgeable best.

Then there are the pushed ones that are intruding in space, that is always in a hurry with torment on their face.

Just to offset your pathway and try to drain you of the energy that you have, that is why being spiritually awaken is the most beneficial way Yes! A must.

But one thing for sure is that a truthful heart of soul always knows when to say No!

As it alerts you to its true way, to know what to do and not to say.

And it always alerts you as to know that in your pathway individuals don't belong but is being pushed, to try to drain and catch you like a fish that is being hooked.

In your walk on your pathway, you have much energy to help yourself and those destined for your way.

And everyone needs to remember that your energy always renews,and you must also understand that it's designed to help assigned others and to help you.

So please don't waste your energy away on an individual or ways that weren't assigned your way.

Always know the difference know the truth, know who is destined to be with you.

And know that the true heart of the soul is always aware, when a pushed intruder tries to invade as to inhabit your way.

As you will get the alert it's just for you to be spiritually and consciously smart.

There are so many individuals out there that you will meet to help you out, and those individuals you will know with a true heart without a doubt.

As your true heart of soul will alert you in some way, and you will automatically know its truthful wares.

As true Love drives it's own on a true Love of way,that builds up individuals for their assigned path of ways.

So always know your energies and the energies of others,know your destined assignments and always know the intruders.

I know it could be a challenge for some to identify who! And you must and don't let the thief of energies try to drain you.

As everything is about energy the way you feel around certain individuals will tell you if that energy is needed or not,so start descerning the intruders hot spots.

Know the energies that you are tolerating that deep within yourselves you know you shouldn't do.

What is it? A relationship that keep going around, is useless stressful turns a false one or a trickers that always hurry along?

Some fake friends that is secretly trying to drain your energy from your head to your hem? 

Just let go of it Please! As those energies are not relevant and can not help you in life meaningful needs.

The relationship and others that keep draining you and you really need to let go of them for your sake I am telling you.

Sometimes individuals just like to hold on to pushed situations to long and all that it does is frustrate them as to try to drain and drag them to the ground.

Deep with in you your true heart of soul will never scold, but it will give a bellow an echoed a gentle row of truth that these individuals around you should never stay.

The Truth of Authority that it holds that shows up the pushed intruders and let you know.

That you are strong and an individual on a strong stand,guard and guided by the Only and True Father Creator God the Sovereign of hands .
